Meet the owners: Bo & Dennis Sein
Bo Bendana has long been inspired by fine interiors and timeless fashion. Growing up in Casablanca Morocco among a family of avid collectors of fine furnishing awakened Bo’s interest in Art and design. After attending the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, Bo had to put her love of design on hold while pursuing a career in music and television, becoming a successful model and later recording her own album. Eventually she made her way to Southern California where she worked as an Art Director/ Set decorator on varies movies as well as designing a number of custom homes featuring Bali, Moroccan and Tuscan design.
After marrying Dennis Sein, Bo and Dennis started searching for the perfect location to build their dream vacation home. After visiting Rosarito beach they knew it was the perfect location, with close proximity to the US, yet still holding the charm of Mexico. Currently Bo is overseeing the construction of Bali Villa in Punta Bandera and helping with a woman owned co-op in Rosarito called Mujer Del Mundo.
Meet the Contractor
The most important choice we made in the project was in selecting the contractor. Mr. Rodrigo Niebla has been building high quality homes in the Rosarito area for over 30 years and only uses the best quality materials and sub contractors. Prospective buyers would be welcome to meet with Rodrigo to address any construction issues.
